Kirk is an accomplished strategic marketer, business developer and CEO with over 15 years of experience in delivering results within corporate, mid-market and entrepreneurial environments. He has significant experience in building brands and businesses, throughout the Americas, within the financial services, professional services, technology, manufacturing, consumer marketing, and not-for-profit industries.
In his role as Managing Partner at Synergy he has led numerous strategic growth projects within the financial services, professional services, manufacturing, technology, consumer marketing, and not-for-profit industries. In addition, he has led Chief Marketing Officer assignments within the Manufacturing and Technology industries.
Kirk has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University as well as a Certificate of Advanced Studies from The University of Manchester Business School. He is a competitive cyclist and is the founder of the Ride for Karen, an annual cycling charity event that has raised more than $1.15 million dollars to send children with cancer to camp.
Tera Beljo is a dynamic marketing professional with ten years of specialized experience in lead- generating Integrated marketing campaigns, online marketing, social media, branding, and event management. Her ability to conceptualize and develop appropriate, effective marketing solutions that benefit all stakeholders has allowed her to deliver exceptional results over the years.
From 2009 to 2012, Tera held the position of Marketing Manager at Proveer – a North American distributer of sign and graphics supplies, equipment and services—where she was responsible for the development of corporate marketing plans and the implementation of a rebranding strategy which focused on the design and execution of a new website, e-marketing campaigns, social media platforms, collateral, and event management.
Previously, Tera was a Vendor Account Manager at Softchoice Corporation – a leading provider of IT solutions and services. Her primary focus was to build and maintain relationships with platinum vendor partners. Through strategic marketing plans, Tera was able to increase sales and grow revenue by 15-20% annually. While at Softchoice, Tera also managed outbound sales programs and was a member of the event planning team. During that time, she was responsible for planning conferences that included tradeshows, training, and gala dinners for more than 1,000 employees and vendors.
Tera graduated from Centennial College in Toronto, with a diploma in Corporate Communications.
